All that to say, an album that's 31 songs and two hours long feels incoherent, but I'll cut the Anthology a little slack since you could make the argument that, like "The proper album is the 16 songs on the standard edition, the other 15 are bonuses, since the Anthology is meant to be, like, the Deluxe edition".
My friend and I are about to play through the series with Shared Story mode. I have played all the theatrical cuts of the games already (as well as the Curator’s cut on Man of Medan.) while he hasn’t played any of them. From what I understand, player one generally plays the theatrical cut, while player two plays mostly the curator’s cut.
