6 days ago · STM, braxton hicks feel like the whole stomach turns into a Charlie horse for a few seconds up to a minute or so. For me it's a sign that I'm doing too much and need to drink more water. They happen a lot more frequently when you have had more babies, but they are not a cause for concern.
