Tadeusz Kantor was born on 6 th April in Wielopole Skrzyńskie (currently Podkarpackie Voivodeship). He was the second child of Marian Kantor and Helena Kantor (née Berger). Marian Kantor, who had fought during the First World War, didn’t return home after the war ended.
