Dr Christopher Chen is the Founder and Chairman of Advanced Centre for Reproductive Medicine (ACRM), the aptly named Obstetrics & Gynaecology (Ob/Gyn) and fertility clinic and successor to Christopher Chen Centre for Reproductive Medicine, set up in 1993 at Gleneagles Hospital.
Profile. Dr Christopher Chen Li-Hsian studied for the Medical and Natural Science Tripos at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge University, and graduated with a Second Upper in Physiology & Psychology in 1982. His clinical training was at the University of Oxford where he obtained his BMBCh in 1985.

Biography. · Dr Christopher Chen has been in the field of infertility and in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) for many years. He pioneered IVF in Australia in 1982, producing the world’s first IVF triplets in 1983 and was the first to successfully freeze the human egg in 1986, which led to the establishment of egg banks worldwide.
