May 11, 2021 · To explain a bit, Edmund was blown away by the Antibirth mod when it came out. Not just the quality but how faithful he felt the mod was to Isaac's themes and style. He pretty much contacted the mod creators right away and started working with them.
Antibirth has me so excited because in one fell swoop, it gave us more gameplay footage than Nicalis has, and announced a release date of only 4 days later. The price point certainly doesn't hurt either.

Dec 22, 2016 · Unistalled Afterbirth. Selected the Isaac's folder in C:/ Programs blablabla /Steam blabllabla for installation. Completed the installation. Executed the Isaac-ng.exe inside the new Antibirth's folder aaaaand... Error: Isaac-ng.exe doesn't work. : ( I've then tryed to run it as amministrator, but It's the same.

Jan 5, 2017 · Antibirth was developed by a whole different team, with different morals and incentives. You shouldn't expect the same success/failure out of two different teams. Antibirth's had its problems, Afterbirth+ has its own, and I guarantee you those will be fixed. Nicalis hasn't let us down with their games, at least not past the 1st week of rehauling.
The official expansion+ hasn't been in development as long as the Antibirth mod, so it's all a bit .. messy I suppose. It should bring mods to all the platforms (OSX Linux). Hopefully after Afterbirth+ 's release, this mod team will be able to convert their mod over, but it's a weird one because they won't have followed the standard modding procedures that Afterbirth+ is going to lay down..

Download ANTIbirth. Extract 'antibirth' folder to desktop. Right click Install.bat and run as administrator. Files get extracted and the antibirth folder pops up inside rebirth. Run C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\Antibirth\isaac-ng.exe. It still runs plain Rebirth.
