Maury is a very nice man and his warm personality make him look more handsome than he is. I am some schnook and I met Maury through the show in the 90s and he was incredibly nice and thoughtful.
May 7, 2019 · Armande Assante was wrong for the part, but he was hot, young and sexy and just off the NBC soap How to Survive A Marriage, so I'm 100% positive that Lin Bolen forced him on to The Doctors. They had Mike join the police force, which was weird. This story turn upset Anna Stuart and she spoke out about it in the soap press.
