That is on the movable top cylinder (as per your image above) apply a remote displacement (moving it done and fixing it in the other directions) placed on the contact surface of the rigid body (surface between rigid body and sheets). On the fixed one (bottom cylinder) do the same on its contact surface, but this time fixing all directions.
