In 1994, Heather Watkins, a bookstore employee at Shadyside Mall, is stabbed by her friend, Ryan Torres, murdering her and several other mall employees before he is killed by Sheriff Nick Goode. The media reports the massacre as the norm for Shadyside, which they dub the murder capital of the United States.

Filter by Rating: 5/10. Missed Opportunity. mrbrooks123 2 July 2021. Warning: Spoilers. Felt like this movie was a missed opportunity, the storyline was alright but the execution of the 90s vibe was rather lackluster. Didn't have that nostalgia when you're watching Stranger Things or even AHS 1984.
