How to show you've completed viewing a course on ITPro. Updated over a week ago. For most ITPro courses, you can download a Certificate of Completion once you have successfully completed the entire course. A Certificate of Completion notes your total training hours within a course.
How to download. The option to download course episodes is found at the top of the episode menu, under the course details: 👉 There is a cap of 250 downloads per 30 day period. Missed downloads do not roll over! Failed downloads do count against your totals, and we have no way of resetting your download count! .
Certification exam vouchers are provided through the exam vendors, and cannot be purchased through ITPro. You will need to purchase an exam voucher from the exam vendor, and then take the exam at an approved testing center or online. Here are vendor exam resources to help you register for your exam:
