Jan 13, 2022 · Sacks is a different metric. In fact, you could argue because Poona has such a high pressure rate among DTs, that he pressures the QBs towards the DEs and they get cleanup sacks. We had 3 decent sack monsters - Dunlap (8.5), Taylor (6.5), Green (6.5); perhaps they benefitted from the chaos Poona created.

Dec 2, 2020 · Poona Ford is an excellent player. Every Seawhawks game I think to myself, “man, how’s Poon Ford been playing on this ‘terrible defense’?”. Now I have my answer. Reed, Ford, Wagner, and Adams is a savage interior defense. Now they have Dunlap on the edge. He seems so stoked to finally play for a team with hype.

5 Things to Know About New Chargers DL Poona Ford. Never heard of him. Is he any good? Good depth signing at a good price. He’s average to above average and definitely worth the 3 million. If he’s just good enough, does his job, stuffs the run, and gets some sacks along the way he’s more than worth the money we gave him.
