Street Kings is an interesting product of a cop film. It isn't a wall to wall mindless action film but yet it remains fairly violent and gritty. It isn't really a cop partner flick but it features buddy elements. The best way to define Street Kings is a cop revenge flick with some twists throw in for good measure. Predictable? For the most part.
