Aug 15, 2022 · So when I started up my laptop, it first of was stuck on a black screen; however I managed to fix this by restarting over and over. Now, I’m at the welcome screen; or at least it’s supposed to be. Instead of having a prompt to enter my pin and some buttons on the bottom left (or whatever it is,) it only shows the background. That’s it.
