Tim Raue. Entrepreneur and top chef Tim Raue is one of Germany’s best-known chefs. And with good reason, because the Berliner, born in 1974, has redefined German top gastronomy and made a name for himself internationally as one of the few German chefs.

In the TIM RAUE restaurant we serve Asian-inspired cuisine, which can be characterised as a combination of Japanese product perfection, Thai aromatics and Chinese kitchen philosophy. We therefore avoid side dishes such as bread, noodles, rice & white sugar as far as possible.

Marie-Anne Wild is the heart and soul of the Restaurant Tim Raue, and its brainchild. After all, it was thanks to the owner and director’s entrepreneurial courage, and her vision of a modern gourmet restaurant, that the Restaurant Tim Raue opened in 2010.
Mar 10, 2024 · The restaurant is located in direct proximity to Check Point Charlie – Friedrichstraße. Previously Kochstraße 60 – today Rudi-Dutschke-Strasse 26 – is part of the Kreuzberg district of Berlin. The entrance to the Restaurant TIM RAUE is found in the inner court yard of the building.
