The date of warranty coverage starts from the date of collection or delivery of the Product. During the product's warranty period, AFTERSHOCK PC will repair or replace defective hardware for defects specified and found in the Product.
Every PC sold by us is covered by a 3 Year Parts Warranty while every Laptop sold by us is covered by a 2 Year Parts Warranty from the Date of Original Retail Purchase, with a choice between 'Carry In' and 'Onsite Pickup and Return' Warranty.
AFTERSHOCK PC guarantees the original purchaser that any part of the AFTERSHOCK product, excluding documentation, third-party software, and third-party peripherals, will be free of Manufacturer Defects for the warranty period, starting from the date of the original retail purchase.

I bought my desktop over a year ago. A few months ago there were some issues with my computer and unfortunatley it was just past the 1 year mark which meant no on site warranty. But after I asked them about it they were nice enough to offer free delivery for the warranty.

Oct 22, 2019 · I called aftershock for a glass replacement, but they would not let me claim warranty because they "do not know if the glass was cracked due to manufacturing error or if I purposely broke it" and assumed it was a user's error, claiming an addtional 50$ for the glass panel.
