I've been trying to find a way to link my Commonwealth Bank Youthsaver account to my parents NetBank account (without visiting a branch), as they're pretty tech illiterate. My account was registered under their account, but after quite a bit of searching, as far as I'm aware, if they connect my account to their Netbank, I get access to my personal Netbank where I can check my balance, etc.
You can't transfer money from another financial institution directly into a Netbank 'Netsaver' account with CBA. Netbank only allows payments to your Complete Access account and then you can transfer funds 'internally' to your Netsaver to earn at least a pittance of interest.
I wish to transfer some money into a persons bank account, however it wont let me enter the last letter [using Commonwealth netbank] their account name is 25 Characters with 7 spaces between them. Is this a problem from my end, or is that simply the limit. thanks for any help

I'm trying to make a payment using cba netbank since last Saturday but I'm not getting the netcode sms message to my phone to authorise the transaction. I called their phone support line and the guy transferred me to the "specialist" but I never got to talk the the specialist as they hung up on me while I was waiting for 45min.
NetBank works perfectly fine with Firefox... it is listed as a NetBank supported browser as well. I have been using Firefox to visit NetBank every day for the last few years and have never had a Firefox-related issue with the site. peter010203 writes... A little while later get an email message from the Commonwealth bank saying there has been suspicious activity on the account and the netbank account has been locked. Called the service number to find out what the problem was and all they can say is that some suspicious remote software is likely installed on the phone and not able to unlock the account. until I get the phone cleaned out or ...
