May 14, 2024 · Netflix is replacing its outdated Windows app. For some users, this is a good thing—the new Netflix app for Windows will provide a consistent video quality and work with ad-supported plans. Unfortunately, the new app won't support Netflix's offline downloads feature. The original Netflix app for Windows is a mess.
To access and watch the downloads offline, follow the steps below. Open the Netflix app. Go to your downloads page: iPhone, iPad, Android, or Fire devices: Tap My Netflix > Downloads. Windows computer: From the left, click More > My Downloads. Chromebook: Click Downloads. Find the download you want to watch, then select Play .
