Millfield is a public school (English fee-charging boarding and day school for pupils aged 13–18) located in Street, Somerset, England. It was founded in 1935. Millfield is a registered charity and is the largest co-educational boarding school in the UK with approximately 1,330 students, of whom over 990 are full boarders from 75 different countries.
Millfield fees are as inclusive as possible and extras are kept to a minimum. The day fee includes tuition, most activities at school, three-course lunch, games and prep, textbook loan, pupils’ personal accident insurance, contribution to travel and accommodation when representing the school, and internet access.

Millfield is the biggest co-ed boarding school in the country with a reputation as a major international sporting centre and the school has incredible facilities for virtually every sport. Academically, Millfield students cover a very wide ability range and they are grouped into separate teaching bands so that teaching is appropriate for every level of ability.
Boarding at Millfield School. All boarders (around 75% of students) are full boarders so they live at school seven days a week and there is a vibrant weekend programme of activities. The school is alive on the weekend with 995 boarders, including 250 British expats, living onsite and benefitting from the home from home environment.
