HALP e-licensing portal for healthcare services, data submission, Inspection.
Jun 26, 2023 · To help our licensees understand the new Healthcare Application and Licensing Portal (HALP) system better, MOH conducted virtual briefings in May 2023. As a HCSA licensee, you will be required to use HALP for all licensing related matters (e.g. application, renewal or amendment of a licence).
Maintenance. The HALP system is currently down for maintenance from 21 June 2024 07:00 PM to 24 June 2024 08:00 AM. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
