A lower-order right-handed batsman and a right-arm off-spin bowler, Austin played 22 first-class matches for Barbados between the 2000–01 and 2006–07 seasons, and five for West Indies B in the 2003–04 season. Ryan Austin: I wouldn’t say it’s so much about marketing but learning how to tell the story. There is a great book called “Tell to Win” that I recommend reading. Also, learn about SaaS marketing methods – there are tons of podcasts and books out there. One good book is “Blueprints for a SaaS Sales Organization” by Jacco Van Der Kooij.
