Jasmila Žbanić (Bosnian pronunciation: [jasmǐla ʒbǎːnitɕ]; born 19 December 1974) is a Bosnian film director, screenwriter and producer. She has received numerous accolades, including nominations for the Academy Award and two BAFTA Awards.
Jasmila Zbanic is a Bosnian writer and director of films and TV series, such as Quo Vadis, Aida? (2020), Grbavica (2006) and The Last of Us (2023). She was born in Sarajevo in 1974 and married to Damir Ibrahimovic.
