You forgot to add Drew Caffrey, the other executive producer for the movie, even though he had been dead for years before production began. Caffrey may have been his first step into the real estate empire, as he met him supposedly during his Birdman era.
I've read the book a few times, and it's worth considering that the only people who are confirmed to know Tommy are Greg, Chloe Lietzke (sp?), and Drew Caffrey, two people who were much older than Tommy.
