Susan "Dee" Haslam (née Bagwell, born July 5, 1954) is an American businesswoman. She is the founder and executive producer of RIVR Media and CEO of the Haslam Sports Group. Dee is a co-owner of the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL), along with her husband, Jimmy Haslam.
He is married to Susan "Dee" Bagwell Haslam, CEO of RIVR Media, part of the family ownership group of Pilot and co-owner of the Browns and Crew. They have three adult children, James Bagwell Haslam (adopted 2016), Whitney Haslam Johnson, and Cynthia Haslam Arnholt and five grandchildren.

Dee and Jimmy helped co-found the Haslam Scholars Program in 2008. The program offers unique in-depth academic enrichment for top students at the University of Tennessee. In December of 2019, the Haslams helped open the doors to the Haslam-Sansom Ministry Complex in the Lonsdale community of Knoxville, Tenn.
