Patricia Ann Cole (born October 3, 1946), known professionally as P. P. Arnold, is an American soul singer. Arnold began her career as an Ikette with the Ike & Tina Turner Revue in 1965. The following year she relocated to London to pursue a solo career.
Anywayawanna is the debut studio album by English dance and electronic music group The Beatmasters, released in 1989 on the Rhythm King record label. It should not be confused with their 2004 compilation album, Anywayawanna – The Best of The Beatmasters , which features similar artwork.
They released two albums under the Beatmasters moniker: Anywayawanna (1989) and Life & Soul (1992). These albums were later repackaged on BMG Records under the title Anywayawanna – The Best of the Beatmasters (2004). Carter and Glanfield forged a successful writing, remixing and production career.
These hits were all featured on their debut album "Anywayawanna". After their second album "Life & Soul" (1991), The Beatmasters ditched their own recording career in favour of production work and remixes for artists such as The Shamen, Moby, Erasure, Pet Shop Boys and Marc Almond.

Her first album ‘ The First Lady Of Immediate ’ produced by Andrew Oldham (‘Everything’s Gonna Be Alright’ her first single for the album) has since become a Northern Soul, Mod classic. Mick Jagger produced her self-penned tracks ‘Though It Hurts Me Badly’ and Treat Me Like A Lady’).
