Davy Spillane (born 1959 in Dublin, Ireland) is an Irish musician, songwriter and a player of uilleann pipes and low whistle.

Davy was a founder member of Moving Hearts and can be heard on all of their albums. During this time he started to write music and his influence can be heard strongly on their final album The Storm. In 1988 Davy signed to the independent Irish label Tara.
