During his youth, Elite was the second in command of Gapryong Kim's fist, mastering a technique that around only one person per generation would be able to master. Known as Invisible Attacks, it is described as attacking your opponents blind spots so fast, the attacks become invisible to the eye.
When Elite fought Jichang Kwak in chapter 441, he was unable to use Invisible Attacks due to his heart problems (you can see it on his right arm). Only using one arm attacks instead (due to missing his left arm), he was able to tank some of Jichang's strongest attacks and managed to defeat him easily due to possessing higher experience and BIQ. Additionally, in chapter 480, a fight occured between "No. 1", who is known as Basement Hulk, and Charles Choi out of scene, in which the room was left bloody and Choi appeared to sustain little to no injuries as he was seen carrying the bodies of No. 1 and Gyeoul Baek.
