Frank Árpád Darabont (born Ferenc Árpád Darabont, January 28, 1959) is an American screenwriter, director and producer. He has been nominated for three Academy Awards and a Golden Globe Award.
Frank Darabont is a three-time Oscar-nominated writer, producer and director of films such as The Shawshank Redemption and The Green Mile. He also created and produced the hit TV series The Walking Dead and Mob City.
