Clare and the Reasons are an American pop band led by singer-songwriter Clare Manchon (née Muldaur) and her husband, Olivier Manchon.

Clare Manchon (née Muldaur) is an American musician, singer and composer. She was born and raised in Martha's Vineyard. She is the daughter of musician Geoff Muldaur and Sheila Muldaur, niece of actress Diana Muldaur and sister of singer Jenni Muldaur.
