Toru Hara (原 徹 , December 26, 1935 - December 14, 2021) was a Japanese animator and producer. He was once the head manager of Studio Ghibli. He was the producer of Hols: Prince of the Sun, Castle in the Sky, My Neighbor Totoro, Grave of the Fireflies and one of the founders of TopCraft.

TopCraft (トップクラフト , Toppukurafuto, also written as "Top Craft") was an animation studio established on February 1, 1972, by former Toei Animation producer Toru Hara, and located in Tokyo, Japan. Hara would later become Studio Ghibli's first manager.
