Anvil Is Anvil is the sixteenth studio album by Canadian heavy metal band Anvil. It was produced by Martin Pfeiffer and was released on February 26, 2016. It is the first Anvil album to feature bassist Chris Robertson.
Anvil is a Canadian heavy metal band formed in Toronto in 1978. [2] The band currently consists of founding members Steve "Lips" Kudlow (vocals, guitar) and Robb Reiner (drums, percussion), along with bassist Chris Robertson (bass) who joined in 2014.
Since Lemmy's death and the subsequent end of Motorhead, Anvil are perhaps the only remaining band that still represents classic heavy metal and rock 'n' roll lifestyle these days. While Lemmy and his band are slightly overrated by the masses, Anvil never got the credit it truly deserved.
