Alongside Michel Gondry and Charlie Kaufman, Bismuth won the Hollywood award for co-writing the screenplay of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, the early 2000s sci-fi about love and memory starring Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet.
