About this list: I LOVE science fiction movies--as well as reading and learning about them--and I quite enjoyed recently perusing The Aurum Film Encyclopedia devoted to gangster movies, so when I noticed they had one on sci-fi films, at my local university's library, it was just a given that I would give this a go, as well.
