Forrest Li Xiaodong (李小冬) (born 1977) is the founder and group chief executive officer (CEO) of Sea Limited. Sea was originally an online game developer and publisher named Garena, [2] but Li later branched out to include mobile payments [3] and e-commerce [4] into his company’s scope.
