Eternal are a British R&B group formed in 1992, with the line-up originally consisting of sisters Easther and Vernie Bennett, with Kéllé Bryan and the latter's friend and classmate Louise Nurding (later and better known as Louise Redknapp), who were also recruited into the group by the label.
Greatest Hits (released internationally as The Best) is the first compilation album by the British girl group Eternal, released in October 1997. The album contains their fourteen consecutive Top 15 hit singles, which at the time was an unprecedented record for a British girl group.

- Power of a Woman (1995) The lead single from the group’s second album, Power of a Woman saw Eternal reinvent themselves with a harder R&B sound. They over-hauled their image too swapping out the cargo pants for sexy lingerie, short skirts and cleavage flashing tops.
- I Wanna Be The Only One (1997) Shockingly the group’s only UK number 1 single but what a gem it is. Featuring BeBe Winans the track is an uptempo R&B/pop track featuring a call and answer exchange between Easther and BeBe.
- Stay (1993) Eternal made us take notice when they released their debut single Stay in 1993. That first note from Easther heralded the arrival of a UK girl band of the likes we’d never seen before.
