Melanie Andernach earned her Bachelor of Arts with the short films Still Life by Marcel Ahrenholz and Amor Fati by Dennis Todorović. The films she produced were shown at numerous film festivals. Still lifes were shown at the Camerimage in Łódź and the International Film Festival Rotterdam .
The producer Melanie Andernach did her Ph.D. in film and copyright law and subsequently studied for a degree at the ifs internationale filmschule köln. Since then, she has been working as a freelance producer, director and author.
