Bio. Born in 1985 in Tokyo, Japan, Aoi Miyazaki began her acting career in television commercials at the young age of four. When Miyzaki was 14, she began to draw international attention for her role as the survivor of a traumatic bus hijack in Shinji Aoyama 's Eureka.

Aoi Miyazaki played the role of Nana Komatsu in the live-action adaptation of Nana (2005) and Meiko Inoue in the live-action adaptation of Solanin (2010). In 2008, Miyazaki became the youngest person to play the lead role in an NHK taiga drama as Tenshouin in Atsuhime .
