Jul 9, 2020 · Metro Bank has today (10.07.20) announced that Richard Lees will join the Metro Bank Executive Committee (ExCo) as Chief Risk Officer, subject to regulatory approval. Richard will join the bank in early 2021, and will report to the CEO, Daniel Frumkin.
