Patricia Rose Duignan (born April 3, 1952) was producer of special effects for Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope[1] and production supervisor for Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi. She was also the associate producer for Caravan of Courage: An Ewok Adventure.
