Versailles (known as Versailles Philharmonic Quintet in North America) is a Japanese visual kei symphonic power metal band formed in 2007 by vocalist Kamijo and guitarist Hizaki. After recruiting bassist Jasmine You, drummer Yuki and guitarist Teru, they performed their first show on June 23.
Holy Grail is the third album by Versailles, released on June 15, 2011 it is their first to feature new bassist Masashi. The album includes " Philia ", theme song of their TV program Onegai Kanaete Versailles , "Masquerade", main theme of the film Vampire Stories: Brothers and "Vampire", main theme of the film Vampire Stories: Chasers .

Holy Grail is definitely a different beast from Jubliee, but it's still top notch material. This time around, the band lightens up a bit, and the guitars are less heavy. However, the high quality of musicianship persists, and Versailles once again flaunts their unique brand of power metal.
