Γονείς της είναι οι επίσης ηθοποιοί Ντίνος Καρύδης και Τζούλια Αργυροπούλου. [ 2] Μετά το σχολείο φοίτησε στην Δραματική Σχολή του Εθνικού Θεάτρου, από την οποία και αποφοίτησε.
