Smaragda Karydi (Greek: Σμαράγδα Καρύδη) is a Greek TV and stage actress. She came into prominence playing the role of Dahlia in the TV series Sto Para Pente and later the TV series Fila ton vatraho sou (Frog or not) co-starring with Τhodoris Atheridis.

Η Σμαράγδα Καρύδη ( Αθήνα, 9 Αυγούστου 1969) είναι Ελληνίδα ηθοποιός, σκηνοθέτιδα και παρουσιάστρια. Βιογραφία. Γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα. Γονείς της είναι οι επίσης ηθοποιοί Ντίνος Καρύδης και Τζούλια Αργυροπούλου. [2] Μετά το σχολείο φοίτησε στην Δραματική Σχολή του Εθνικού Θεάτρου, από την οποία και αποφοίτησε.
