Robert Peichung Lin ( Chinese : 林伯中; pinyin : Lín Bózhōng; January 24, 1942 – November 17, 2012) was Chinese-born American astrophysicist. He was a professor and director of the Space Sciences Laboratory (1998–2008) at the University of California, Berkeley.
Robert Lin is a versatile actor who starred in Kundun, School of Rock and Red Corner. He also wrote and directed A Night with MAO, a play about the life of Chairman Mao.
The Lin family murders occurred in North Epping in the northwestern suburbs of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, on 18 July 2009. The victims were newsagency proprietor Min Lin; his wife, Yun Lin; their sons, Henry and Terry; and Yun Lin's sister, Irene Lin. The family was bludgeoned to death.
