Shima Iwashita (岩下志麻, Iwashita Shima, born 3 January 1941) is a Japanese stage and film actress who has appeared in films of Yasujirō Ozu, Keisuke Kinoshita, Masaki Kobayashi and most frequently of Masahiro Shinoda, her husband.

(岩(いわ)下(した) 志(し)麻(ま), Iwashita Shima) is a supporting character from Bocchi the Rock!. She is in charge of drums of the band, SICK HACK.
Shima has short dark hair and red eyes. She often wears a navy-blue varsity jacket with a skeleton torso design on the back. At first glance, she would be mistaken as a man due to her fashion and hairstyle.
While seems boyish, Shima is actually a polite person as she tried to apologise to Kessoku Band for Kikuri's misdeeds towards them in addition to greeting them politely and sincerely, as well to others she meet. The only exception to her nice treatment is to Kikuri herself, where she always reprimands her due to her alcoholic and sloppy lifestyle.
However when it comes to performance, she doesn't hold back on her skills, and as commented by Bocchi, "her irregular beats will make anyone lose their minds".

Kikuri is her collegemate, and together they founded their current band, SICK HACK. She also studies in the same high school but they are not exactly close until college As the person who sticks with Kikuri since their college years, she already used to her sloppy alcoholic lifestyle, and always reprimands her for anything wrong she did. However she has no intention to actually leave Kikuri's side, as she believed someone do need to look after her. Shima also always been the one that apologises to others for Kikuri's behavior and even gifted those involved with her shenanigans with apology gifts.She even become the emergency contact in case Kikuri messed up anything outside.
•Her name is the same (in both kanji notation and reading) as the famous actress Shima Iwashita.
•It seems that her name is took from the profile of Kenzo, the drummer of 88Kasyo Junrei, in a twisted way. The actress Shima Iwashita is known for her roles in Yakuza Ladies (極道の妻たち, Gokudō no Onna Tachi) franchise in Japan. Kenzo is described on their official site as "the drummer, gangster and the one who chuckles" (Dr.と極道と含み笑い, Doramu to gokudō to fukumi-warai). Margaret Hiroi and Katzuya Shimizu, whom Kikuri and Eliza's surnames are taken from, are also members of the band.
