SM Aslam Talukder Manna (Bengali: এসএম আসলাম তালুকদার মান্না; 14 April 1964 – 17 February 2008), known by his stage name Manna (মান্না), was a Bangladeshi film actor and producer.
Manna was the General Secretary of the Bangladesh Film Actors Association. As the general secretary, he was active in the ongoing movement against vulgarity in the Dhallywood film industry . One of the first movies that brought him to attention was Danga (1992).
Bangladeshi biggest film star Manna who dominated the country’s film industry as an actor for two decades died of a heart attack on February 17, 2008. Manna was general secretary of the Bangladesh Film Actors Association until his death.
Actor: Bir Soinik. Manna was born on 6 December, 1964 at Elenga in Tangail, East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) as SM Aslam Talukdar. He was discovered through a talent search program initiated by Bangladesh National Film Development Corporation and started acting from 1984.
