Frank Eugene "Hill" Harper (born May 17, 1966) is an American actor and political candidate. He is known for his roles as Dr. Sheldon Hawkes in CSI: NY , Agent Spelman Boyle in Limitless , and Dr. Marcus Andrews in The Good Doctor .
Hill Harper is a versatile and acclaimed actor who stars in CSI: NY, The Good Doctor, and many films and stage plays. He is also a Harvard Law School graduate and a member of Boston's Black Folk's Theater Company.
