Le Locataire est un film dramatique français de Roman Polanski sorti en 1976. Il est adapté du roman Le Locataire chimérique de Roland Topor, publié en 1964 aux éditions Buchet/Chastel . Synopsis. Trelkovsky, un homme timide et réservé, visite un appartement vacant pour le louer.
"The Tenant" might have made a decent little 20-minute sketch for one of those British horror anthology films in which Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing and Vincent Price pick up a little loose change. As a film by Polanski, it's unspeakably disappointing.
