Alec James Stewart OBE (born 8 April 1963) is an English former cricketer, and former captain of the England cricket team, who played Test cricket and One Day Internationals as a right-handed wicket-keeper-batsman.
Alec Stewart was a wicketkeeper-batter who played for England and Surrey from 1989 to 2003. He scored 11 Test centuries, led England to their first series win in 12 years, and became their most-capped Test cricketer.
