Oscar Tshiebwe (/ ˈ ʃ iː b w eɪ / SHEEB-way; born 27 November 1999) is a Congolese professional basketball player who last played for the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association (NBA), on a two-way contract with the Indiana Mad Ants of the NBA G League.
Oscar Tshiebwe is a 6-9, 260lb power forward from Lubumbashi, Congo. He played college basketball at West Virginia and Kentucky, and was drafted by the Indiana Pacers in 2023.
