Paul Duchesnay (born 31 July 1961 in Metz) is a retired ice dancer who represented France for most of his career. With his sister Isabelle Duchesnay, he is the 1991 World champion and the 1992 Olympic silver medalist.
They would become one of the most innovative ice dance couples ever in international figure skating. Starting in pairs skating, they placed second at the 1982 Canadian Junior Nationals, but after Isabelle suffered a serious accident and hit her head on the ice, they switched to ice dancing.
Paul Duchesnay is a French ice dancer who competed for Canada until 1985 and won the 1991 World Championships with his sister Isabelle. He also won a silver medal at the 1992 Winter Olympics and became a professional skater and coach.
