The objectives for this hospital will require mastery of the game's mechanics, requiring the hospital's reputation and staff morale to be at a consistently high level, despite the 'Rotting Hill is horrible' Feeling causing -10% Happiness to all Patients and Staff.

Rotting Hill. Staff morale at 95% on Rotting Hill is driving me insane. I've got most rooms at prestige 4 but can't realistically make them bigger as I need to fit everything in. Everyones pay is at the high end of their scale. Trained them up with emotional happiness as well.
