Sir Douglas Jardine Flint, CBE (born 8 July 1955) is a British banker and former chairman of HSBC Holdings. He served from 2011 to 2017, having previously been finance director since 1995. He is chairman of Abrdn.

Sir Douglas Flint CBE is the former Group Chairman of HSBC Holdings plc, having stepped down in September 2017. After 18 years in public practice with KPMG, ultimately as a partner, he joined HSBC as Group Finance Director in 1995, becoming Group Chairman in December 2010.
Mr Flint was chairman of the Institute of international Finance from June 2012 to December 2016 and was a member of both the Mayor of Beijing’s and the Mayor of Shanghai’s International Business Leaders’ Advisory Councils.
